개인정보처리방침
pay-planner(이하 "서비스")는 운영자 가족의 지출·수입을 기록하기 위한 개인용 가계부 웹앱입니다. 일반에 공개된 서비스가 아니며, 운영자가 사전에 등록한 가족 구성원 계정만 이용할 수 있습니다. 서비스는 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 여기며, 아래와 같이 처리합니다.
1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목
- Google 계정 정보: 이메일 주소, 이름 (Google 로그인 시
openid,email,profile범위로 제공받음) - 가계부 기록: 이용자가 업로드한 카드 명세서에서 추출한 거래 내역(일시, 가맹점명, 금액, 카드사), 이용자가 직접 입력한 수입·지출·이체 내역, 카테고리 분류
- 서비스 이용 기록: 로그인 세션 정보, 서버 접속 로그(IP 주소, 요청 시각)
업로드한 명세서 원본 파일은 저장하지 않으며, 거래 내역을 추출한 직후 폐기합니다.
2. 개인정보의 이용 목적
- 이용자 식별 및 로그인(등록된 가족 구성원인지 확인)
- 가족 가계부 기록·조회·월별 통계 제공
- 지출 카테고리 자동 분류 제안
- 서비스 안정성 확보 및 오류 대응
위 목적 외의 용도로 이용하지 않으며, 광고·마케팅에 사용하지 않습니다.
3. 보유 및 파기
- 가계부 기록은 이용자가 서비스를 이용하는 동안 보관하며, 이용자가 삭제를 요청하거나 서비스 운영을 종료하면 지체 없이 파기합니다.
- 장애 복구를 위한 백업본은 최대 수 주간 보관된 뒤 순차적으로 삭제됩니다.
- 전자적 파일은 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 삭제합니다.
4. 제3자 제공
서비스는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 판매하거나 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 법령에 따라 요구되는 경우는 예외로 합니다.
5. 처리 위탁 및 국외 이전
서비스 운영을 위해 아래 클라우드 사업자를 이용하며, 이 과정에서 정보가 국외에 저장·처리될 수 있습니다.
- Neon (Databricks) — 데이터베이스 저장 · 싱가포르 (AWS ap-southeast-1)
- Google Cloud — 서버 운영, 비밀값 관리, 백업 · 대한민국 서울 등
- Vercel — 웹 화면 제공 및 요청 전달 · 글로벌 엣지 네트워크
- OpenAI — 지출 카테고리 분류 제안 · 미국. 가맹점명만 전송하며, 금액·일시·이용자 정보는 전송하지 않습니다.
- Google — 로그인(OAuth) 인증
6. 안전성 확보 조치
- 모든 통신은 HTTPS(TLS)로 암호화하며, 데이터베이스 연결도 TLS를 사용합니다.
- 접근 권한은 등록된 가족 구성원 계정으로 제한하고, 개인 데이터의 열람 범위는 서버에서 권한별로 통제합니다.
- 데이터베이스 접속 정보 등 비밀값은 별도의 비밀 관리 서비스에 보관합니다.
7. 쿠키
로그인 상태 유지를 위한 세션 쿠키만 사용합니다. 광고·추적 목적의 쿠키나 외부 분석 도구는 사용하지 않습니다.
8. 이용자의 권리
이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요청할 수 있으며, 아래 연락처로 요청하면 지체 없이 조치합니다. Google 계정 설정(myaccount.google.com/permissions)에서 서비스의 접근 권한을 직접 해제할 수도 있습니다.

Privacy Policy
pay-planner (the "Service") is a personal household budgeting web app for recording the operator's family income and expenses. It is not a public service; only family members' accounts registered in advance by the operator can use it.
1. Information we collect
- Google account information: email address and name, received via Google Sign-In with the
openid,emailandprofilescopes. - Budget records: transactions extracted from card statements you upload (date/time, merchant name, amount, card issuer), income/expense/transfer entries you enter manually, and category assignments.
- Usage data: login session information and server access logs (IP address, request time).
Uploaded statement files are not stored; they are discarded immediately after transactions are extracted.
2. How we use information
- Identifying users and signing in (checking that you are a registered family member)
- Recording, viewing and summarizing the family budget by month
- Suggesting spending categories
- Keeping the Service reliable and fixing errors
We do not use information for any other purpose, including advertising or marketing.
3. Retention and deletion
Records are kept while you use the Service and deleted without delay when you request deletion or the Service is shut down. Backups for disaster recovery are kept for up to several weeks and then deleted.
4. Sharing
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except where required by law.
5. Service providers and international transfer
- Neon (Databricks) — database storage, Singapore (AWS ap-southeast-1)
- Google Cloud — server hosting, secret management, backups; Seoul, South Korea and other regions
- Vercel — web delivery and request routing; global edge network
- OpenAI — category suggestions; United States. Only merchant names are sent; amounts, dates and user information are never sent.
- Google — sign-in (OAuth) authentication
6. Security
All traffic uses HTTPS (TLS), including database connections. Access is limited to registered family accounts, and visibility of personal data is enforced per user on the server. Secrets are kept in a dedicated secret manager.
7. Cookies
We use only a session cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies, and no third-party analytics.
8. Your rights
You may request access to, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of your information at any time via the contact below. You can also revoke the Service's access in your Google Account settings (myaccount.google.com/permissions).
